Patient Info
What To Expect At Your Appointment
INITIAL CONSULTATIONS: Initial consultations are two hours long. This time is used to gather a complete history and understanding of your current concerns including a review of your past medical history and your current emotional and physical well-being and lifestyle. This will enable us to develop a unique, individualized treatment plan to get you started on your journey to optimal health and healing.
Please be sure to fill out the online forms prior to your first visit so that we can be well prepared for our time together. A link to the patient portal will be sent to you once you schedule your appointment. Please bring with you any recent lab results or other information that is pertinent to your care. We look forward to meeting you!
NEW PATIENTS: We require a credit card to hold your initial intake appointment. An initial $100 hold is placed on your credit card. It will not be charged unless you do not cancel your appointment 48 business hours prior to your visit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We request 48 business hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged. Thank you for your understanding.
FEES: Please call for information.
INSURANCE: SynRG Integrative Health does not directly accept insurance, and we are considered out of network providers with any insurance plans. However, we provide each patient with a detailed bill that includes all of the necessary information for self-submission.
We are looking forward to participating in your care!
