Medical Cannabis Consultations
Medical cannabis has been legally available to New Yorkers through the State’s medical marijuana program since 2014.
People may be eligible to use medical cannabis to treat their health condition if a state-registered health care provider, such as Jennifer, certifies that medical cannabis is clinically appropriate.
Patients must also register with the state to be able to purchase medical cannabis. The new law expands the eligibility of medical cannabis, increases the number of caregivers allowed per patient, allows prescriptions for as many as 60 days (up from 30) and allows smokable cannabis to be purchased in medical cannabis dispensaries.
Once regulations are finalized, certified medical cannabis program patients will also be able to grow up to six plants at a time at home.
For more information about whether medical cannabis could help you, talk to your health care provider. Jennifer is accepting patients for medical cannabis appointments.

As an administrative professional with experience in mental health and functional medicine, I truly believe heath IS wealth!
Went to St. Elizabeth’s College of Nursing for associates and Suny Polytechnic Institute for my bachelors in nursing. Both in Utica, NY.
I’ve always had an interest in enhancing the conversation about modern medicine and how we can use what we know about the functional medicine approach to complement our healthcare and enrich our lives.
As a naturopathic doctor, I am trained in both the conventional biomedical sciences and in the skilled use of natural therapies, including diet, nutrition, botanical medicine, hydrotherapy and homeopathy.
I have always been interested in nutrition, health and medicine. I did not, however, always live a healthy lifestyle.
