Jennifer Goldstock, BSN, MSN, ANP-BC

Jennifer Goldstock BSN, MSN, ANP-BC

Having worked in health care for 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with some of the most caring and compassionate providers. I met Natasha, Julie, Wendy, Katie, Erica, Kirsten and Marie at my previous place of employment and had the honor of working closely with them both for several years.  The care which they provided for my patients was unsurpassed.  I knew that one day when I opened my own practice I would not settle for anything less than the type of compassionate, selfless, patient-centered care which they provided.  I am filled with gratitude that they have chosen to work with me in my practice and know that my patients will be as well.

Natasha Ruiz, BSN, MSN, FNP-C

Natasha Ruiz FNP-C

Natasha Ruiz, FNP-C

Natasha Ruiz, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner, holding her bachelors and masters degrees from the SUNY Polytechnic Institute, in addition to board certifications through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society. Prior to starting SynRG, Natasha worked at The Stram Center for Integrative Medicine and The UltraWellness Center with Dr. Mark Hyman. Natasha also worked as a Registered Nurse in the Integrative Medical department at Canyon Ranch as well as the ICU at St. Peter’s hospital, two experiences she found invaluable in learning how to take a truly integrative approach to medicine.
While in school, Natasha became increasingly frustrated with the conventional approach to medicine—dispensing medication just to treat symptoms, without knowing the root cause or seeing results. She decided to find out the why behind what was causing her patients’ health problems and treat body, mind, and spirit as one, rather than continue simply treating the symptoms.

Natasha’s services :

  • Comprehensive treatment for Lyme and tick borne disease, adrenal dysfunction, mold and biotoxin treatment, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes , cardiovascular disease, food allergies/sensitivities, Gastrointestinal, disorders, anxiety/depression, ADHD/ADD PANDAS/PANS and autoimmune disease.
  • Nutrition and Lifestyle management including stress reduction and weight loss
  • Disease and diagnostic assessment: Acute and Chronic Illness
  • Treatment: holistic, personalized approach including prudent pharmaceutical intervention, safe and effective natural botanical medicine, nutrition and IV therapies

Katie, RN, RYT-500

Nurse Katie

Nurse Katie has worked with both Natasha and Jenn at the Stram Center for the last year before venturing out to join them to help create SynRG integrative. Katie’s love for integrative medicine started from an early age and has been nourished through her yoga career for the last decade.

Katie’s passion for health, wellness and yoga has created many opportunities for her such as: working with division one and professional athletes and teaching at yoga festivals Wanderlust and Ahisma. Now Katie is focusing on using yoga as a healing tool with those who have chronic/acute illnesses such as Lyme disease and autoimmune conditions. She does this through group classes and private sessions.

Katie is an integral part of the team at SynRG integrative. In our office you’ll see her administering wellness IV’s, reviewing treatment plans and teaching about medical marijuana. Katie is also in her last year of Family Nurse Practitioner school at SUNY Polytechnic University.
